If a matter requires the services of a licensed attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed financial advisor, real estate broker, or any other licensed professional, clients will be advised to seek assistance from the appropriate qualified professional.

All Things Praise LLC does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or legal strategy under any circumstances. Any assistance involving legal forms or documents is limited to administrative document preparation and clerical support based solely on information provided by the client. Clients remain solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of any documents they submit or sign.

Likewise, we do not provide investment advice, securities advice, insurance advice, or any other regulated professional advice requiring separate licensure.

Our tax-related services include tax preparation, tax education, administrative assistance, and general information based on publicly available guidance and applicable tax laws. These services should not be construed as legal or financial advice. When appropriate, clients may be referred to a licensed attorney, CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other qualified professional.

By using our services, clients acknowledge that All Things Praise LLC is providing administrative and professional support services only and is not acting as their attorney, law firm, financial advisor, investment advisor, real estate broker, or other licensed professional unless expressly authorized by law and identified in writing.

All Things Praise LLC provides professional administrative support, tax preparation, notary, transcription, document preparation, courier, and related business support services within the scope of our education, credentials, certifications, and applicable law.

Our service bundles are designed for convenience by combining commonly requested services. Purchasing a bundle does not include services that are not specifically listed within that bundle.

Unless specifically included in the bundle description, document preparation is an additional service and is billed separately.

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information for any document submitted to us. We prepare documents based solely on the information provided by the client.

All Things Praise LLC does not guarantee the legal sufficiency, accuracy, acceptance, or outcome of any document prepared by or on behalf of the client. Government agencies, courts, lenders, employers, educational institutions, and other organizations make their own determinations regarding acceptance of submitted documents.

When providing notary services, our role is limited to performing the authorized notarial act in accordance with applicable state law. Where appropriate, we may explain the purpose of a notarial certificate or the notarial process, but we do not provide legal advice, select documents for clients, or advise clients regarding which document they should use.

When requested, we may provide courier or document delivery services. Delivery services are administrative in nature and do not guarantee acceptance, approval, processing times, or filing by the receiving agency or organization.

If administrative document preparation is requested, it is performed as a separate billable service. Preparation fees are not included in notary fees, courier fees, or service bundles unless expressly stated.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents for completeness and accuracy before signing or submission. By using our services, clients acknowledge that All Things Praise LLC is providing administrative support only and is not responsible for legal, tax, financial, governmental, or administrative decisions made by third parties regarding the submitted documents.
